Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier service.

We currently ship to:

  • Currently we ship to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs as outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
